Athletico did a great job helping me on get more flexibility but I need the shot in my back inflammation in the hand is still about the same it's still sore can't hit it against anything but since it's nothing broke I'm comfortable in knowing I continue use heat and work my finger and my thumbs that there was one exercise only for the knee and I will continue to do that one if there are any more I would love for them to send those exercises to me as well for my condition overall I was I was pleased
