I want to give a shout out and a thank you to Lizzy and Alan and the front desk staff at the Highland Park Athletico.Over the weeks, their therapy program has given me a strong and intense workout for my badly sprained. knee. My pain has been significantly reduced and with the strength training, I'm back to my daily walks. I'm so appreciative!
