Lauren is a great with helping me understand and implement pelvic floor activities into my everyday life. Having urgent bladder problems is frustrating and embarrassing now with Lauren's guidance and tools I am able to manage my symptoms better without medication.
Friendly, funny, welcoming, and knowledgeable people! I forgot to review this place for about a year.. and I'm still using the knowledge and exercises Barb gave me, they work!
Lauren and Braquelle are the best! Before working with them I could not lift weights, golf or play catch with my son bc of shoulder pain. Now I can do all three. They gave me my life back and I am so much happier!
I have previously gone to PT at other places where they just treated the symptoms. I decided to try Athletico primarily because it was close to my home. Instead of just treating my symptoms, they worked on identifying the cause. As more information became known as to the cause, they modified my program to deal with the cause. As a result, I have a more comprehensive program that reduces my symptoms and significantly improves my wellbeing.
Dr Barbara Cliffe-Miller is the best therapist I have ever worked with on my multiple issues. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. I would recommend this location to everyone.
