S. Bergin- I have been coming twice a week for several months. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable, creative and fun to work with. Im so happy with my therapy. Braquelle is on top of my appointments and is professional and friendly. I feel like I’m seeing friends and always leave knowing I’ve had a great workout. I have also worked with Mikayla who does a great job too. This office is top notch. I am 84 and my mobility has improved greatly working with this office. Thank you, Lauren, Mikayla and Braquelle.

Lauren is a great with helping me understand and implement pelvic floor activities into my everyday life. Having urgent bladder problems is frustrating and embarrassing now with Lauren's guidance and tools I am able to manage my symptoms better without medication.
Friendly, funny, welcoming, and knowledgeable people! I forgot to review this place for about a year.. and I'm still using the knowledge and exercises Barb gave me, they work!
