I am a 68F. I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for years. In the process of wearing a boot on and off for a couple of years, I wrecked my hip. I finally had surgery for my foot. The surgery was very successful. But in the processes I couldn’t seem to end the pain in my hip. With the help of Athletico PT’s I am walking pain free. Braquelle is on top of my appointments and is professional and friendly. I feel like I’m seeing friends and always leave knowing I’ve had a great workout. Lauren is a great with helping me understand and implement pelvic floor activities into my everyday life. Having urgent bladder problems is frustrating and embarrassing now with Lauren's guidance and tools I am able to manage my symptoms better without medication.
