I was welcomed by Kayla the minute I walked in and was introduced to my therapist. Went in because of some shoulder pain that I worried might be serious. After a very thorough exam my therapist, Brad, determined that the pain wasn't caused by any serious damage and proceeded to guide me thru several excersizes to help strengthen the shoulder along with an amazing massage of the shoulder muscle.
