Although, the therapist seemed knowledgeable, she lacked ethics. Another client came in to the center. A very chatty and oblivious older woman. The comments during her banter with therapist, were EXTREMELY racist and demeaning. I instantly felt uncomfortable. I thought at some point, the therapist would try and change the subject, since I was sitting right next to them. After seeing firsthand how this team helped my wife through two Achilles surgeries and 18 months of recovery, there was no question where I wanted to go after my own knee surgery.
