I’ve had such a great experience working with Matt! He does an excellent job communicating and always takes the time to explain what each exercise is doing and why we’re doing it, which really helps me understand my progress. As I improve, he continues to add new things and challenge me, but he’s also very good at recognizing when I’m having a harder day and never pushes me beyond what I can handle. I received a call last night from Ma. Martinez who was able to get me in the following day early which accommodated my schedule. My therapist was Sam and she was wonderful. She pushed me in a good way to get me back on the road to full motion. This is a very relaxed atmosphere and there wasn’t anyone that did not have a friendly attitude. And if you get Sam, ask her for her Street taco recipe. This is a great place. I highly recommended for Indy kind of Physical Therapy.
When my doctor told me he wanted me to go back to physical therapy, my first thought was, "Not again!" This time, he specifically wanted me to go to Athletico. I'd already been to four or five different PT clinics over the years, and I honestly preferred staying with a clinic I was already familiar with.
