First of all, I, Lynne Larson, was the patient. Not sure why my hubby’s name shows up. Anyway, I was very pleased with the PT I received at Athletico for my broken arm. I was primarily with Brooke, but also Laura and Jenna. They helped me regain my strength and mobility with a variety of therapies and encouragement. The fun casual conversations and laughter were a bonus!! I would definitely recommend the Forest City Athletico.
I'm a 43 year old who at times thinks he is 23. So when I got on a horse this summer (something I did often in my 20's), I thought I would handle it just like every other horse riding experience from my (distant) past. The horse had other plans, and I ended up injuring muscles I didn't even know I had (adductor muscles...who knew?)
