Staff is wonderful and treatment was effective but the billing process is very poor.
The Flower Mound Athletico location is absolutely wonderful. From the receptionist, Samanthia, to each and every PT and assistant, the expertise, care and true compassion is evident from the moment you walk through the door.
Warning: They will charge you for requesting "old" invoices without telling you there is a charge. There is a clause in their privacy policy that they might do this. Personally, i find it underhanded that they charge you without warning. To make it worse: I never even received the records (I guess it went to my spam email folder and got deleted). My actual physical therapy started out fairly well but then my sessions became repetitive after a few weeks.
I love this place and all the people working there! They are focused on you and your therapy. They stay with you and are very attentive to your needs! Highly recommend!! Patty O
Unfortunately, I have had numerous injuries that require required physical therapy. I’ve had a good experience at Athletico each time.
