I had such a great experience with Lindsay and the Athletico staff as a whole. They are so professional, so intentional, and great with communication!! Lindsay is so thorough and makes you feel heard and seen. She’s also so so great at tailoring exercises to your need, it’s definitely not a cookie cutter program. 10/10 recommend Athletico and specifically Lindsay if you are looking for an amazing pelvic floor therapist!!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Flower Mound Athletico! The entire team was welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my recovery. My teen was here for physical therapy. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. My daughter felt at home and was often discussing movies and shows with the team while undergoing physical therapy. Matthew is very experienced and also blends in with the teenagers. During prehab, he explained the surgical procedure my child would undergo to her and that gave my daughter context and comfort and she was no longer afraid of undergoing surgery. I had a great experience with my physical therapy sessions. The therapist (Lindsay) was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I needed. They focused on my health goals and recovery and tailored the session and exercises specifically to me. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session and appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left feeling encouraged and like I was making real progress.
