Rich, Kristen and the whole team made going through a painful experience with my shoulder the most fun and welcoming that I was sad when I was done and not coming anymore. Rich and Kristen really set the tone for the entire office, and it makes it so fun! Kristen went the extra mile to smooth out the approval and booking headaches and was great with follow up with me. Sarah has been great on getting my pain to go away. She has a great attitude and very pleasant. She cares about the patient. Everyone there is so nice and sweet.
I had tendonitis of the bicep and rotator cuff. Rich helped me get back to almost 100% in only 6 weeks of therapy. Not only was it fast, but he made sure the whole process was literally painless. He said that if it hurts, don’t do it. That’s the exact opposite of what I’ve heard other people say about their physical therapy experiences. Great place when you need help recovering. I absolutely recommend Elburn Athletico.
