Athletico employees very explicitly told me that my insurance would cover services with the copay. When I got slapped with a bill for $400+ everyone is blaming someone else. I talked to billing, they said they would check with my insurance and get back to me. Without following through on that I got a call back telling me my insurance never indicated it would cover services completely with the copay.
