The team here are great! They truly care about your progress and hav the best staff
They are biased and discriminate against people with Medicaid. I called several times and told them my insurance was HMO from the Health marketplace. They insisted that was Medicaid. I talked to the office manager and she would call back the next day to verify my insurance. It has been several days and I still have not heard from her. They are not very professional and have limited knowledge about health insurances. I called two other Athletico locations and they both have accepted my insurance.
Highly recommend! Susie helped me recover my core muscle issue after having kids and now I dont have back pain anymore. Lots of good instructions and personalized care. Encourage anyone who needs PT to come here
Suzy Mullen is an amazing therapist. She properly diagnosed and fixed my leg pain after both an ER doctor and an orthopedic specialist misdiagnosed the cause. I had previously seen Suzy for a shoulder issue that turned out to really be a neck-back nerve situation, so it was an easy choice to come back. Everyone in the Downers Grove office is terrific, and I really appreciate how attentive Annette is to working through insurance issues. I highly recommend Athletico!
