I wish I could give more then 5 stars. The therapy team is amazing and the front desk completes their team. Ask for Nicole.
Nicole and the whole team helped me recover post surgery and regain full mobility quickly. Everyone — from greeting at the front desk to 1:1 therapy for 8 weeks — was so helpful and welcoming. I feel amazing…Nicole was a pleasure to work with!!
The staff at this clinic are extremely knowledgeable within their respective areas! Nicole and Lauren have a diverse skillset, are compassionate with their care, and truly put patient experience at the top of their care. Leah at the front desk is very knowledgeable about insurance requirements and always welcomes me each day. All the rehab aides are extremely helpful and do a great job keeping the clinic tidy.
I sought help from the Delafield clinic for muscle tightness in my calves, hip, and neck. Nicole and Lauren both suggested dry needling and it was a huge help!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is experiencing something similar to me!
The clinical team is really awesome A+. Unfortunately, the person that handles reception and patient relations needs significant work on conflict resolution. You can’t repeatedly be disrespectful to your customers/patients and not except it to damage the relationship with the practice.
