Richard and his staff are excellent, getting my shoulder stronger everyday!
Rich helped me gain my strength on my right shoulder in as little as one month! His therapy really made a change in my daily life activities and he went out his way to schedule my sessions. I was fortunate to also see Itzy, when she cracked my lover back I felt like some weight was lifted from my shoulders and she showed a couple of new stretches to help my back.
I love the staff they’re always so understanding when I have to reschedule. Itzy always gives me a hot pack when entering and accommodates me depending on my pain level. Rich always welcomes me in with his dad jokes. p.s. lo hize por las galletas :)
The team is great to work with! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’ve had the privilege to work with Rich. His attitude is always engaging, positive and friendly. Everyone at this location does an exceptional job. They offer so much support and willing to go above and beyond for their patients. The atmosphere is amazing with great conversation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have physical therapy.
Rich, Itzayana, and staff are amazing people to have a therapy session with, they care for you as a person, they work with your best abilities to fulfill your physical therapy treatment. Itzy thank you for your attention to my specific situation, and helping me get the best out of my expectations of how important physical therapy help a person's health all together.
