I came to Athletico to rehab a knee that I had severely strained while doing weight training. Walking was painful and unstable. My Athletico therapist Tyler did an outstanding job getting my knee back in shape. He guided me through simpler exercises and stretches to ones that increased my strength and agility step by step. In early sessions he did stretches and massages that really helped relieving pain as well as increasing my flexibility. I came to Melissa after a DRF and she very helpful with getting me back to where I wanted to be with my wrist. I started with not being able to flex my wrist and now I am fully able to flex my wrist and do all the things I did before my injury. Each session was progressively increased according to my improvements and always kept me motivated.
