I've been working with Hanna and Brady for several weeks due to low back and hip pain. I appreciate their development of my care plan and willingness to adjust app exercises upon request. On days where I'm feeling at my worst and don't think I can get through a session, I feel like they listen to my concerns, take good notes and consider this when implementing my exercises balancing between safety and still offering a challenge.
