I went to Athletico with two tears in my right rotator cuff. The orthopedic surgeon did give me a cortisone shot one week in to physical therapy, that was just a coincidence. Marissa and Cameron mostly worked with me, they were patient and made sure I was doing all the exercises correctly, there was homework every day when there was no PT. Do the exercises!
