My therapist Haylee is great, this is the second time I’ve used Athletico and she was my therapist both times… but also both times I got harassed by the receptionist and her trying to insist I give them a credit card to pay my copay… I had them bill me the first time and didn’t give them a credit card even though the receptionist insisted they didn’t do that. My boyfriend William started coming to this location at the beginning of February. Right away, we both noticed improvements . By the end of March Hailee and Lizzy commented on well his stride had become much better. I bet he could do an irish dance the way his progress has come . But for now , we'll just leave it up to the staff to form any irish jigs.
My experience at Athletico Physical Therapy has been excellent! Julia has provided outstanding care throughout my recovery process. She’s a fantastic listener and adjusts my recovery plan accordingly. In addition to the great therapy, you'll find a fun environment, thanks to a staff that makes a point to know every patient's name. I highly recommend Athletico-Butler Hill for their exceptional team and welcoming environment!
