I would highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy - Burr Ridge! My therapist Erin was wonderful to work with! She was very good at explaining each excercise/stretch, when to use it, and how it applied to decreasing pain and/or building strength. In addition to that she was a fun person and very enjoyable to chat with during my treatments.
