Athletico has been the most successful treatment experience I’ve ever had. The clinic has a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere, and Bailey at the front desk is always organized and helpful. Lance is by far the most knowledgeable physical therapist I’ve worked with over the years. His understanding of how the body functions as a whole is evident in every session. My experience at this Athlectico location was Amazing. The staff are knowledgeable, collaborative, responsive, and supportive. From the front door, I felt welcomed, the therapists are very friendly, continuously evaluating, while seeking personal input from me. The plan for my program is individualized for me and frequently updated. I am grateful for their care and their expertise.
We had a great experience at Athletico in Batavia! Our 13 year old son received great care from both Ali Sharif and Lance Hammon. Our son never complained about going and I think genuinely liked going because of Ali and Lance. Also, Bailey was wonderful to work with while sorting through schedules and insurance. Thank you!!
I am beyond grateful for the incredible care Kaley provided when I started experiencing lower back pain during my pregnancy. I could tell I was in good hands from my first evaluation and felt more confident each week with her assigned exercises. Truly the best!
