She stated she was 'regional mngr' from their Corp office & reviewed 'the incident' & her 'investigation' found 'MY behavior' was 'AGAINST their policy' & was informing me I was thereby BANNED from Athletico, FOR LIFE... 🤣 (As IF, despite stating I'D NEVER patronize them AGAIN)! I was referred to this facility by my surgeon specifically to work with Joe, and I'm so glad I was. Joe is an outstanding therapist - gifted, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He's helped me recover remarkably well after surgery, even when faced with setbacks. His expertise and care got me moving just two months post-op. I came to this location after a knee ligment surgery. Great staff and care. All the physiotherapists - Joe Bresingham, Jordan Hirstein and Tricia Hutton are excellent in their job and quite considerate for the patients. Joe was incharge of me and he ensured my progress in a very professional manner. I also want mention about the support staff and those at the reception. All are well trained. Will recommend this Athletico location for anyone who is looking for a great recovery experience.
