Joe is an amazing PT. He is very personable and easy to talk to. I liked that he asked me how my pain was hindering my activities. Joe was very good at easing my anxiety and kindly showing me where my pain originated from and why. I would recommend him to everyone.
I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of physical therapy. After my ACL surgery, the entire team was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. UPDATE: (Orig BELOW) After multiple RETALIATORY phone calls, emails, letters, 1 certified, & VMs from Athletico Corp office, following THIS negative review). I returned the call. She stated she was 'regional mngr' from their Corp office & reviewed 'the incident' & her 'investigation' found 'MY behavior' was 'AGAINST their policy' & was informing me I was thereby BANNED from Athletico, FOR LIFE... 🤣 (As IF, despite stating I'D NEVER patronize them AGAIN)! He's helped me recover remarkably well after surgery, even when faced with setbacks. His expertise and care got me moving just two months post-op.
