Quick version of story. I show up to my first appointment at 7AM, doors locked and someone comes and peak her head out and states “we have been calling you all week and leaving voicemails to reschedule”. I walk away out of frustration. When I go to my car, I check my voicemail and discover that a voicemail was indeed left for me the night before right before my appointment confirming that my appointment was still at 7 AM. I had a great experience with my occupational therapist, Jasmine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and personable. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m so grateful for her help. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. All of the staff were amazing! Thank you for taking such great care of me and my recovery over the past two months!
