My experience at Athletico Physical Therapy Allen was absolutely positive! Everyone that works there from the physical therapists to the front office staff is attentive and kind. For the duration of the time I was there for my PT sessions, the environment was positive, safe, and highly attentive to patient needs and care. My PT was Brigid Brown and she is THE BEST! I recently had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this physical therapy facility, and I feel obligated to warn others before they go through something similar. My doctor recommended physical therapy, and when I called to schedule, the front desk staff told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. I asked multiple times for the exact out‑of‑pocket cost, and I was told clearly and repeatedly that the total would be $130 for a single session.
