Went to Athletico Addison for several different injuries back in 2022. Normally I would not be backdating reviews that far back, but my experience is worth mentioning. The first time I used this place there were no issues, however when I came back(on doctor's orders) due to other running injuries, things changed. The PT at the time, Drew Koetter, seemingly brushed aside concerns I had, suggesting that I might be making up these issues in my head and/or being paranoid, saying "you're not made of glass" and "insurance won't ke... read more
When I walked in I noticed how warm and friendly the environment was. Everyone greeted you from receptionist to the therapists.The therapists we very nice and knowledgeable when it came to their job. They worked you at a pace that was good for you. After each exercise, they always asked are you okay and do you need a break. I had an awesome experience with them. I would recommend all my family and friends to use their services. I would give them a 10 star out of 5.
My physical therapy experience at Athletico was fantastic. All of the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The equipment and environment are all modern, up to date and kept clean and disinfected. Over 2-1/2 months of 2 to 3 visits per week, I worked with Bethany, Jill, Charity, Andrea, and Jonathan.
