I used athletico once before and I absolutely loved them, so when I got injured and needed PT again of course I was going to go back to them cause it was a positive experience before. That was a mistake. They do not work with you. You ask for specific times and they act like thats an issue that you have a life outside of them. So I come down with the flu and call to ask them to reschedule me like on the back end you would think. NOPE. The whole team is amazing and work together to promote a healthy environment for anyone that walks in the door.
Outstanding team at athletico in Fairview heights. Erin (OT) was super attentive and came up with a great individualized plan. After a couple of months, I'm good as new. And the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location to anyone!
