Rama was wonderful.
I am an active 74 year old. I have rotator cuff and upper bicep tears. Postponing surgury for a later time, I chose a cortisone shot for the pain and pysical therapy. The shot amazingly killed the pain in a few hours. Enter Athletico in Schaumburg where I met Lindsay my physical therapist. After having a reverse shoulder replacement, my surgeon, Dr. Drake, recommended I receive physical therapy at Athletico. Nicole at the front desk, easily scheduled by initial eval and all follow up PTappointments. Nicole greets me on each of my visits which is very welcoming. My PhysicalTherapist is Derek. Colin was very helpful running me through my set of exercises for the day. Helped to explain the purpose of additional exercises and their purpose on my affected shoulder. ***** Kris is therapist that I have worked with over the last 16 months since my injury. She is very pleasant and an ultimate professional for the task at hand. She has a nice personality putting you at ease as you work through the therapy session. She gets five stars and I would recommend her as a therapist for anyone coming to this Athletico location.
Bianca is extremely helpful. I'm 80 yrs old and I have lots of questions. Derek is my therapist -tough but very polite. Vas is always busy and sort of funny. Like everyone here 😊
