All of the people at Athletico West are amazing. From the moment you walk in It feels like family. They care about your recovery and they take their time to teach you about each step along the way. This has been my second time through and the results are fantastic. Chrissie was my therapist both times and she is amazing.
Chrissie is a wonderful physical therapist! She is very knowledgeable and thorough as well as kind and understanding. She asks good questions and listens well to determine the areas most impacted. Chrissie made sure my technique was correct so I could do exercises at home, and she explained why she selected those exercises for me. Everyone at the facility was very friendly and well trained. I highly recommend St. Charles West Athletico!
Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to listen and help you feel better. They also give you strategies and exercises to work on your self at home.
I was someone who had never been in physical therapy before and after getting diagnosed with a severe concussion I was recommended concussion therapy here. My therapist was Shauna and she was the most supportive and kindest person I could’ve ever had. I began therapy not being able to drive or even balance due to the severity of my injury.
