Being a triathlete I was in need of a new therapist and was recommended to see Jess. Our first session was great. Very professional, comfortable and after an assessment was able to target the right areas to work on. Jess needled a couple of places that needed more attention and afterwards i felt amazing. I've booked in monthly for the rest if the year now.
