I've been training with Coach Alfred for the past three months, and I absolutely love the transformation I've seen in my physical appearance. He pushes me to my limits every session, and his upbeat, fun approach to training always leaves me feeling energized and motivated. Working with him has truly been a game-changer for both my body and my mood.
I really enjoy training with Al. Even though I’ve spent years training, I continuously learn something new every time we meet. Al has been great support and I’ve gotten so much out of the 42 strong program with him. I look forward to many moons of training going forward.
Highly recommend. Joined the 42 day challenge, right from the start Coach Alfred greeted you and made you feel at home. 5 days a week with different training programs. He will work with you one-on-one even with a class with others. Thank you Beyond Limits Gym, it was exactly what I was looking for. Almost to the end of the program. Can wait to see the final results
Coach Alfred is awesome!!!!!! Did the 42 day challenge which included training and meal planning. I haven't been able to lose weight for years but this program helped me drop just about 30lbs. Not only did it make me feel better, it gave me the tools to implement a system that will help me keep the weight off. I'm over 40 and didn't think I'd ever feel this great. Thanks coach..........
