So far so good
My daughter has been going to Athletic Republic for the last few months and has been loving it and sees so much improvement since she started. She is a multi sport athlete and it is hard to get in to do extra training for each sport. Here she is able to focus on each of her sports and also doing many workouts that overlap with multiple sports. We are so glad we started going here and can’t wait to see how the next few months goes and how much she changes athletically.
After 2 months of training my son moves different. He just doesn’t run the same or even move the same. He looks more athletic now.
My son started at Athletic Republic with his travel baseball team and loved his workouts so much he chose to sign up for multiple classes once his baseball season ended. At 11, I feel confident he is getting a good age appropriate workout focusing on safety and doing the workout correctly to avoid injury. Would highly recommend
