Great for young athletes and beginners to help in building a good foundation for keeping fit.
Our girls love attending Athletic Republic! Over the past 6 months that they have been going and training we have seen huge improvements in speed, agility and strength! Both of our daughter’s verticals increased by 1.5+ inches in just 6 months. Love this place. My kids really enjoy it and just a few months In and we have seen such an improvement. Definitely recommend Athletic Republic.
My son really loves to go here. They adjust the training to his level while still pushing him. He still has fun every time he goes. Testing has shown that he has had measurable improvement.
Hands down the best investment I made for my boys as far as sports training is concerned. Two months in and the results speak for themselves. They are faster, stronger, more agile and focused on the field then ever before. It’s not a coincident, it’s the result of hard work and proper guidance/training.
