My daughter has been taking the acceleration training for about 2 years. I have seen significant improvement in her speed and agility especially when she's playing hockey. She always looks forward to testing week to find out if she has improved since the last testing. Instructors are great and very responsive if there's a question or issue that arises.
AR Norwood is top notch. My son has been working out there for a few months now and loves it! He is not a competitive athlete, was just looking to stay active and healthy. Within a month he already noticed he is stronger, faster, and his reaction time has improved. The coaches (Danielle and Pat) are great at keeping him engaged and motivated. He likes it so much he convinced me to join (they offer adult classes in the evening at the same, very convenient)! I've only done 2 classes myself so far but already love it!
My daughter has been going to Athletic Republic for years and loves it. The team, including Danielle, Pat and more are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating!
My grandson attends the classes for toddlers (2-3 yrs old) weekly. He enjoys the variety and has improved his confidence on the obstacle course tremendously. The coaches have a lot of energy.
I’ve been training at Athletic Republic for a couple of years now, and it’s easily one of my favorite places. The workouts are always challenging and the environment is super motivating. I owe a lot of my success to my trainer, Danielle. She pushes me harder than anyone and always knows how to bring the best out of me.
