Highly recommended! A bit out of shape at 58, hesitated to join any gym or have any trainer, often doubt and self-talk for busy schedules, don’t like to exercise. Athletic Republic has changed our 3 kids’ view of exercise…that it can be FUN to sweat! We did the summer camp and then they were begging to go during the school year. Now we do both the 4pm after school and Saturday 9:30am. It’s great cross training for any sport since they do sprints, jumps and resistance training. Would highly recommend!
My 14-year-old son, Gavyn, has been training at Athletic Republic for the past two years, and I can't recommend this enough! The training they offer is truly state-of-the-art, designed to unlock the potential of any athlete.
