Our 10 year old son started at Athletic Republic over the summer because he wanted to increase his speed and reaction time for soccer. What he got was so much more than that. Through the focused training he did increase his speed but is also finding himself stronger and more importantly, confident. He can’t wait to get back in the off season. As parents we love seeing him push himself during each session. Highly recommend checking them out, great program and great coaches!

Athletic Republic is an excellent training facility for all athletes. Their attention to detail in enhancing an athletes abilities is second to none. The classes are small which really utilizes a trainers ability to focus and provide individual attention to enhance performance. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging and the trainers are absolutely amazing with the kids. You will, quite literally, see improvement from the first class. Would recommend to anyone who wants to reach their top best goals!
