It’s the best place for young athletes! The coaches are great and really take the time to work with each kid individually. They know how to challenge them while keeping training fun. My son always enjoys going, and we’ve definitely seen a difference in his athletic ability. So glad we found this place!
We stumbled across AR this summer, and I’m so grateful we signed our son up! We wanted to give him something productive to do while working on his strength, agility, and conditioning outside of hockey. He looks forward to every class and comes out absolutely sweating, so I know he’s working hard! It’s been money well spent. This is the first time he’s come back from summer training and hasn’t been completely winded skating laps! We’re excited to add the hockey training and see how much more he continues to improve. 💪
This gym has been such a great way to build strength and self esteem for our grandson this summer. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely recommend Athletic Republic for sports training or just for a great workout!
I had a 5-star experience with Athletic Republic. The coaches are not only amazing, but are very patient with the athletes and tailored training to specific needs. I grew both my speed and my strength during the last 3 months I had with them, which was proven during my indoor track season. I really appreciate all the help they have given me to succeed in my training and will definitely be back again.
I knew my kids needed this, and I thought it was going to be a fight to get them to go once a week, but they LOVE it and beg me to go every day, even if they have other practices. The coaches are awesome and the scheduling/pass/membership options are flexible and reasonable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my kids after just a few sessions. I wish I had started them sooner.
