Josh is fantastic! Don't expect your normal massage. I honestly don't know how to explain it. This is mobility, stretching, overall functionality of your body/muscles, and strength. Josh explains everything he is doing. I have struggled with back pain for a LONG time, I honestly don't remember a time without it. By the time I left my first appointment I felt immediate relief, and after 3-4 visits I feel fantastic. I am able to go back to the gym, and do compound movements without pain. It's seriously a miracle.
