I have been coming here on and off for years and I am now back into attending classes again and have always felt welcomed in whatever class I attended. I did the Tricky Chair Dance class with Bridget and Mika this time and loved it! I love how you can use any apparatus to creatively move. I hope to maintain a consistency of attending this time around!
