I’ve been training with Matt at APC on and off for several years and couldn’t be happier—he’s smart, professional, and pushes you to work hard while staying encouraging and friendly. His programs are well-designed and get real results; I’ve seen noticeable improvements in strength and energy. Highly recommended!!
I first came to the Athletic Performance Center (APC) on the recommendation of Kim, a fantastic physical therapist affiliated with Exeter Hospital. After helping me recover from surgery, Kim suggested I continue my progress with Matt and the APC team to rebuild strength and stay active. 10 years ago I went to Kim at PT. She introduced me to Matt at APC. Its the best. Its fun and I have met friends there that make it even more enjoyable. The routine changes every 8 sessions , about 4 weeks so you do something different all the time. It aint just raising a bar above your head or lift dumbells. Resistants with bands, core work, balance ,strength,endurance. I'm thrilled to be able to stay healthy and in shape. Thanks Matt, Derek and Connor!!!!
Athletic Performance Center is hands down my favorite athletic training facility on the Seacoast! The trainers are the most highly skilled and knowledgeable trainers I have worked with. They are all deeply attuned to your specific goals in a way that I have not yet experienced in the decades I spent as a competitive athlete. I cannot recommend APC more highly!
