Its a really good gym. Great coaches, great equipment. I have improved so much just by being at this gym. i would highly recommend
I got a sweat test done by Cory at the Athletic Institute. I was getting a lot of cramping in long distance/endurance events and wondered if I was a "salty sweater". The test gave me the answer (I am) and Cory was able to advise on proper electrolyte replacement.
After my appointment with Corey @ Athletic Institute, my performance went next level. I had tried numerous brands previously and am now finally confident in my nutrition and hydration plan!!!! Cheers crew for getting me on track and enjoying the ultra running scene :)
