My favorite gym! Atmosphere is amazing
This gym has been perfect for getting me back into a consistent workout routine after having 2 kids and being the heaviest I’ve ever been. Ive taken the strength and tone and Get Fit Lab classes with the owner Robel; his classes are challenging in the best way—exactly what I need. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I never feel judged, even as a “beginner”. I always leave feeling great, and I've noticed I'm getting stronger and more toned. Highly recommended!
I've worked in the wellness/gym space since 2017 and I know how hard it can be at times. I joined AF in March 2024 and I've been obsessed ever since my first class. Y'all truly create an amazing community environment where people have the opportunity to gain strength and move. I was struggling to find movement/exercise before I started at AF and I seriously get out of bed in the morning because I know the energy is top notch at classes and I don't want to start my day any other way.
