I've known Miguel over 10 years now and he's the best in the fitness game. I trust his knowledge and training more than anyone else. His classes are designed to target specific results. The thing I enjoy the most about the gym is the live to air classes with the live DJ, no other gym in London has this! If you want results and are willing to put in the work join Athletic Fluency, I highly recommend to everyone I know and you won't be disappointed!
