Shelly has, multiple times now, been able to diagnose and resolve my sports-related issues and get me feeling better fast. Initially I had trigger points in my calves, and after several sessions she helped eliminate them. Most recently, she provided me extensive relief from SI joint pain that had been bothering me for an extended period of time. Very thankful for her knowledge and expertise.
