After nearly ten years in the Triangle we will be moving out shortly. The person I will miss the most is Lal Chand. He is a superior massage therapist. Over 40+ years of using massage to stay in the game I have not met anyone better than Lal. He is effective. He listens, he advises and he cares. He shares his experience outside the office to have a positive impact on client's situations. It will be a 500 mile commute but I may have to visit now and then!

Lal is hands down the best masseuse in Raleigh, pun intended. You can tell by the questions he asks and his approach that he is genuinely engaged in understanding how best to help you. If you are looking for your next massage, Lal is the best. My advice: book early and book often but don’t take my appointment :)

Best masseuse in Raleigh! I have been going to Lal at Athletic Edge for years now, and he is an extremely talented, professional, and knowledgeable masseuse! I have had massages at the Umstead, and other sports massage locations in Raleigh (including some that were highly recommended) and Lal is still hands down the best.
