But am thinking about going when I get to a 3 minute mile 3:00 am at 3:40. Because I want to work on my physical fitness 1st before my strength levels. So I can run 20MPH is the goal because cardio more important then strength in life in general in helps a lot more. And helps you get stronger because you have a stronger heart and cam pump more oxygen to the muscles.
