This gym is amazing when it comes to forming your body how you want it and making you feel like you belong! Also the equipment in there is up to date. I work with Anthony and his training has transformed my body and athleticism to the next level.
I have been a member of Athletic Asylum since the day it opened. Thanks to the programming and the coaches, I have never been stronger. And thanks to the community, this is my happy place. As a "sixty-something" I can attest that this is a welcoming place for all ages!
