I started an online/FaceTime type program with Sheliah a few months ago and it’s been really great!! She has taught me a lot about nutrition and what is best for my body at my age. She has gently but firmly 😊 pushed me to do my best and get healthy and stronger. She has been there to answer any and all questions that I have had along the way.
