OrthoNebraska's Lift Like A Girl Challenge was exactly what I needed to learn how to lift weights correctly. Ryan and Joe were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They demonstrated each exercise (sometimes more than once!) and ensured that I was using correct form. A very specific plan was created for me, and with their guidance, I was able to steadily increase the weight I could lift while improving my overall strength, posture, and confidence. My son and I have been through PT at this location and both have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is friendly and professional. My PT is no longer there but my son sees Matt and he does a great job with him. Sucks to be injured but this is the place you want to go for rehab!

Update 10/16- the pre-authorization team is horrible. They did an online chat and was told the wrong thing. I’ve had 3 way calls with Ortho and the Insurance company. They are wanting to charge me more than double what insurance paid. I’ve noticed that the front desk could ben... read more

I had a total knee replacement a little over 5 weeks ago. I went to Ortho Nebraska Physical Therapy for rehab. Today I graduated from their rehab program. My knee is pain free and more stable than I can ever remember. My trainer Maddie Nichol was amazing. She knew exactly how hard to push and was extremely motivating throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend this organization highly enough. Thank you.

I’ve noticed that the front desk could benefit from having an additional staff member. Each time I’ve visited, there has only been one person handling check-ins, often with a line forming. Adding support here could improve efficiency and the overall patient experience. Additionally, during my sessions, I’ve observed that my physical therapist is frequently distracted—engaging in conversations about Fantasy Football, chatting with co-workers about unrelated topics, and checking their phone for news and messages. In my opinion... read more
