I’ve noticed that the front desk could benefit from having an additional staff member. Each time I’ve visited, there has only been one person handling check-ins, often with a line forming. Adding support here could improve efficiency and the overall patient experience. Additionally, during my sessions, I’ve observed that my physical therapist is frequently distracted—engaging in conversations about Fantasy Football, chatting with co-workers about unrelated topics, and checking their phone for news and messages. Nice good for kids
Had a fantastic experience doing PT here for the last 4 months! Addie did a great job of communicating diagnosis and treatment and adapting that treatment when I reinjured my knee and when we had a plateau in progress. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly and I honestly had way more fun going through PT than I ever expected.
