I arrived with extremely tight calves and achilles, and Emma immediately got to work releasing everything that was locked up. Throughout my marathon training, she’s kept my lower legs feeling strong and has also worked on other spots where I often carry tension. She always asks the right questions and tailors each session to exactly what your body needs. Fantastic care. "Life's too short to be sore".

I would Highly recommend Tracy! I was suffering with some lower back pain due to a workout. It was hard to explain my pain exactly but Tracy was patient enough to ask me the right questions and figure out the primary cause for my pain. Once she treated that, it felt like huge relief on my back and made it easier. She gave some tips and stretches to do at home.
