I pulled my quad muscle in February playing hockey and I didn't get it treated until mid March. Sandro has been my physiotherapist for a few years now and as always, he is very professional and compassionate when working with me. I saw him a few times a week and his therapy was extremely helpful for my injury. I’ve had a great experience with Daniel. He was very supportive of my goals of getting back into running for my May marathon, and he adjusted my recovery plan accordingly. He is very knowledgable in the field and is always open to answering additional questions related to exercises/treatment.
I injured my shoulder back in November/December from the toll that volleyball and the gym has been putting onto my rotator cuff. It was affecting my daily life and put me out of working out for over 2 months. I got lucky with being paired with Daniel Zavalkovsky and he helped me get my shoulder functionality back and also get rid of my pain so that I’m able to get back into doing the things I love and back into my daily routine. My initial diagnosis of ischial bursitis brought me to Athletes Care Vaughan which lead to meeting Daniel Zavalkovsky for my physiotherapy. He took the time and asked the questions to understand me and put me on a physiotherapy plan which really helped and I couldn’t be happier .
I have had a lot of issues with my left shoulder and knee Dr. Sahil was Amazing with my rehabilitation at the clinic and sending me homework exercises to further improve my injuries. Today I am far better than where I was when I first came to Athletes Care! Thank you SO MUCH Dr. SAHIL A+ and your kindness is always appreciated. Now that I am back at the gym I incorporate his exercises. Definitely recommend Dr Sahil Great location
