Aside from the Chiropractor I saw for orthotics being extremely arrogant, the customer service here is atrocious. After having orthotics ordered and not hearing any response after about a month, I contacted the office and they had contacted the wrong person or some random person and made no effort to follow up using the correct email address of mine they had on file. I suffered from intense shoulder and neck pain, but her varied techniques—manual therapy, exercises, and posture advice—brought quick relief. I would highly recommend Jalpa for physiotherapy treatment.
Dr. Kirk is awesome. He has treated me for several joint issues. He explains things well and offers great options for pain relief. A must if you are having mobility issues.
