trained here with friends for a period of time. At first, I enjoyed the kickboxing classes, but over time I found the recent instruction quality inconsistent and not very engaging. The pace felt slow and the classes didn’t challenge me the way I expected and Eventually, I decided to move on to a different gym that offered a higher standard of training and a more professional environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re serious about martial arts.

I went here with a group of friends for a period of time and enjoyed some of the kickboxing until the elderly guy took over the classes ; he was slow , old (like imagine your grandpa trying to show punches and kicks ) geriatric , seemed that he could not throw any techniques correctly so gave his Jiu Jitsu class a try and it was even way worse ... non stop analogies and talking about himself and his son and upon looking for other gyms in the area ( he's literally surrounded by other options ) I decided to leave immediately. ... read more

This gym has a long history of charging members after they’ve quit—even when proper cancellation notice is given. Multiple people I know, including myself, had to block cards or dispute charges with the bank just to make it stop. The owner runs things in a very strange, unprofessional way. He uses questionable tactics and continues to charge people without consent. He has now been reported to the Better Business Bureau for his predatory billing practices. Avoid this place. Great gym and coaches, daughter just started here and can’t say enough good things, teaches great life lessons as well not just martial arts.
